What is the flavor profile of Sovi mixed case wines?

Introducing our Taste of Sovi Mixed Case of bottles: 3x Reserve Red, 3x Red Blend, 3x Sparkling White, and 3x Sparkling Rosé bottles. Sovi Reserve Red: a blend of 2018 Tempranillo and 2022 Malbec, both aged in a combination of French and American oak. Distinctly dry (no added sugar!) with notes of plum, cassis and savory baking spices. Sovi Red Blend: A dry year-round red blend of Tempranillo, Pinot Noir, and Petite Sirah with notes of raspberry, boysenberry and vanilla. Sovi Sparkling White: a dry style sparkling white made from a blend of Chenin Blanc, Pinot Gris, and Gewürztraminer with notes of Golden Delicious apple, white nectarine, and pomelo. Sovi Sparkling Rosé: a dry style sparkling rosé made from a blend of Pinot Noir and Tempranillo with notes of strawberries and cream and ruby red grapefruit.
