What are the tasting notes of Sovi Sparkling Rose?

A dry style non-alcoholic sparkling rosé made from a blend of Pinot Noir and Tempranillo. Bright and bubbly with notes of strawberries and cream and ruby red grapefruit. Sovi is alcohol-removed wine (contains less than 0.5% ABV) made from certified sustainably grown grapes in the Clarksburg AVA of California without any added flavors or unnecessary sugars. 4x 250mL aluminum cans per box; 6x 4-pack boxes (24 cans) to a case. Please note the new packaging with the 2023 vintage. Attributes: non-alcoholic, vegan, gluten-free, non-GMO, low sugar, low calorie. Based in Napa, CA, we’re a husband-and-wife (wine geek and sommelier) team with a combined 20+ years experience in the wine industry and we're proud to be Napa's first boutique non-alcoholic wine company. We source our grapes directly from a single estate in the Clarksburg AVA of California, ferment using traditional winemaking techniques and gently distill the wine to remove the alcohol.
