A dry style non-alcoholic sparkling wine, Sovi Sparkling White is based on Pinot Gris and Chenin Blanc grapes with notes of Golden Delicious apple, white nectarine, and pomelo. Dry, crisp and refreshing, enjoy it on its own as a drink before dinner, with a light meal, or at brunch with friends. Sovi is alcohol-removed wine (contains less than 0.5% ABV) made from 100% certified sustainably grown grapes in the Clarksburg AVA of California without any added flavors or unnecessary sugars. Attributes: non-alcoholic, vegan, gluten-free, non-GMO, low sugar, low calorie.

Based in Napa, CA, we’re a husband-and-wife (wine geek and sommelier) team with a combined 20+ years experience in the wine industry and we're proud to be Napa's first boutique non-alcoholic wine company. We source our grapes directly from a single estate in the Clarksburg AVA of California, ferment using traditional winemaking techniques and gently distill the wine to remove the alcohol.
